Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 150 gm all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 ml curd
  • 50 ml melted butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 gm fresh grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp sprig vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Grease square tin
  • Mix sugar,all purpose flour,soda and baking powder
  • Add curd,melted butter and milk and mix it nicely
  • Than add vanilla essence and grated coconut and mix it
  • Pour the batter in square tin and spread 2 tbsp grated coconut over it and bake it for 35 minutes at 180°
